At the request of several manufacturers of railway subassemblies, BB Technical Service has developed a range of detergents designed to maximize cleaning effectiveness and reduce intervention time, while safeguarding the environment and operator safety.

The solutions proposed by BBTS ensure maximum compatibility with the materials used to build the subassemblies and do not interfere with their subsequent operation.
Recommended for cleaning pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components. They remove oils, dust, and carbon deposits.

• Technical detergents for pneumatic and mechanical systems
  Ideal for removing grease, oils, and residues from metal surfaces, pistons, valves, fittings, and complex subsystems. Controlled evaporation and gasket compatibility.
  

• Fast-evaporating degreasers
  Formulated for quick, residue-free interventions; perfect for preparing surfaces prior to bonding or assembly.
  

• Water-based detergents
  Less aggressive solutions for daily cleaning of cabs, enclosures, electrical panels, or painted surfaces. They do not damage sensitive materials and reduce operator risk.
  

• Post-process cleaning products
  Specific for removing fresh sealants, uncured adhesives, or lubricating pastes. They support orderly, safe maintenance.
